DJ Eye: Turntables, Pro Tools
A-Typical DJ: Turntables (MIA)
Ramiz Monsef: Vocals
Originally started as a Turntable Duo, DJ Eye and A-Typical DJ began playing college parties at Southern Oregon University sometime around 2000-2001. They were quite popular around the town and began to play shows with "Local Supergroups" which were made up of groups of musicians from the area who would just play in whomevers band had the biggest gig for the Thurs. - Sat. weekends. Most notabley among these bands were Various Ardis, and Sizemix.
At the end of 2003, the duo were playing a packed room at Q's Music Hall in Ashland, OR when an MC joined them on stage in the midst of a Freestyle Free-for-All & blew DJ Eye away. They got together soon afterwards and began recording with Ramiz almost the next day. By 2004 they had booked a nationwide tour and were selling a full-length CD, Insomniac, under DJ Eye's name, which featured 8 Subliminal Twinkeez Tracks.

is a genre blurring three-piece group consisting of Turntables, Guitar, and Bass. Their resulting sound blends elements of improvisation and their own take on trip-hop/hip-hop/downtempo electronic forms into an original format. Each member brings a unique background and perspective on music to the table, adding to the diverse directions their sound takes, and expanding the possibilities in tonal experimentation. All three members played for 2 years together in Varius Ardis, a five-piece (add trumpet and drums) before forming Sizemix in the Fall of 2002

Sneaky Thieves are a Seattle-based band that formed in 2003, comprised of two loving sets of brothers and a good friend.
Live, they juxtapose many sounds, flashing from abrasive and clashing, to mellow and heartfelt. Influenced by many of life’s pretty things, they construct music incidentally and without undue stress.
The Sneaky Thieves bear an eeriness which beckons curiosity and spins an overwhelming compulsion toward repeated consideration and interpretation. They juxtapose many sounds, flashing from abrasive and clashing to mellow and heartfelt.

About the Summer Circus
Drive South of Grants Pass, headed towards the beaches, and you'll pass through the tiny town of Selma, Oregon. You'll probably miss the town except for the single swinging caution light at the one intersection between a Ray's Food Market and a Shell Gas Station. Those that are in the know, those of us that crave to be the first to hike and swim the most beautiful parts of Oregon each Spring - we've been known to hang a right at this particular Shell Station, and head 10-15 more miles down the windy, gravely, single-lane road to relax by the Illinois River. Whether it's the beer & drugs or just the casual atmosphere, the Illinois River has been a spot for a number of universal awakenings by the culture of outdoorspeople who make it their weekend destination.
One weekend each Spring, just after the right at the Shell Station,
long before you hit the river's edge, a local property owner opens up
his land for an all-weekend extravaganza of music, outdoor recreation,
and a barter faire to celebrate the oncoming season - The Summer
Circus. Started 4 or 5 years ago, the Summer Circus began with a small
group of musicians and their close friends taking over a stage nestled
in the middle of the Siskiyous for a couple days of music and excess.

It's Out! It's Out! - The New Twinkeez CD!!
Buy "The Twinkeez' Defense" Now!
DJ Eye has been building these tracks with Ramiz Monsef for what seems like years and years now. But the wait is over, after the first official taste of the Twinkeez hit iTunes and the all-consuming public via DJ EYE: INSOMNIAC, they're back with a full-length album that's All Twinkeez!
"The Twinkeez' Defense"!
DJ Eye is the composer, along with A-Typical DJ, on the haunting and truly eclectic old movie film style soundscapes that permeate the tracks on this album. Ramiz "the Manchild" Monsef lends an educated and soulful lyricism to the awesome tunes. Ramiz joined the Twinkeez back in 2003 as they were ending their college days of entertaining PAC-10 students with late-night carnival rides through a musical wonderland, joining forces with other experimental and evolving acts like Various Ardis and the electro-fusion band Sizemix.
At the time, the Twinkeez were a Turntable Duo, happy to oblige the up-&-coming MC at any college party, but hadn't found a vocalist that matched their twisted personas, yet. After an improv flow at what was to be a final hurrah in their college stomping grounds of Ashland, OR - the Twinkeez found the vocal talents and twisted deep approach of Ramiz to be the first that had ever come close to matching the intensity of the Twinkeez live performance.
