SidFilmz recently helped out our friends over at LiveInBendOregon.com video an Open House segment for a Century 21 YouTube Contest. We didn't have much time, only a couple of days before the contest deadline, but after viewing much of the competition, SidFilmz and Century 21 Agent John Ropp determined that the best option we had was to actually show the features of the house. This was something that many of the other videos missed, as many competitors thought it was better to have fun and be on camera, rather than try to sell a house. Here is an extended version of the contest video (we were limited to only 2 minutes).
Please take the time to head over to the Century 21 YouTube site and vote for LiveInBendOregon.com's video! Once on the Century 21 YouTube page, click on the VOTE button above the introductory video, and search for 'liveinbendoregon,' or 'chardonnay' and our video will pop up. Make sure to give us a thumbs up!

This underground sensation hasn't lost steam after more than five years (or is it six) in the wild.
"My 2nd favorite after The Big Lebowski," says Travis T. of intelligent hip hoppers Eastern Sunz.
"That is some funny shit," says Henry Weeks, Bartender at Elks Lodge #944.
No matter how you swing it, you gotta watch this motion picture from the brainchild of Mike Furlong. Furlong wrote, starred in, and directed The Partisan . Exhaustingly shot on locations throughout Ashland, OR inlcuding the now defunct Pizza Hut, this production was collaborated with Furlongs associates from I Kappa Foo , a short run college indy show.
Fans of underground dark comedy should enjoy this picture available to view exclusively here . Downloads may be available soon if you show enough love. Just head over the the Contact link there and shoot Sid a line saying - "Yo! I'd love to kick down some money for you to wire to Mike Furlong for this brilliant underground comedy film sensation. My preferred format is ______________, but I will accept any format you send me, because I know you provide a true classic with no DRM restrictions, so I can make all kinds of backup copies and show it off to my college or alumni buddies."

Previously Unrealeased!
Video by Kiyash Monsef
This video was recorded in and around the San Fransisco Bay Area. It stars DJ EyE and Ramiz "the ManChild" Monsef as themselves. The video originates w/ footage from "Night of the Living Dead" to accmopany the eerie samples by DJ Eye, but soon the video takes on a hallucinogenic style that can only be pure Subliminal Twinkeez.
Beats & Rhymes + Zombie Breakdancers...
how can you go wrong?

Sure, SidFilmz is a showcase for independent entertainment most days, but few people know that Sid is a deep down fan of James Bond, so is just a little over-excited about this release. Though the last Bond film had a few too many homo-erotic undertones for Sid's taste, the action and stunt work were outstanding. With Bond 22, this action should is reported to be double that of Casino Royale.

The Illustrated Sandwich Movie Film Team is at it again. Their latest episode aired on Saturday March 15, 2008 - and it was such a swell success, that it will be airing an encore episode this coming Saturday March 22, 2008 at 11pm on RVTV Channel 15. For fans, junkies, or those who've only just heard, the Illustrated Sandwich Independent Short Show is a local variety program, featuring Ashland area talent and particularly Rogue Valley locations. The first episode, Chick School, is available for online viewing now at IllustratedSandwich.com. Sid hears some audio troubles with the online version and has been informed that the Illustrated Sandwich team is working on those and will re-post in the future, however their main concern is getting the final 2 episodes of the Independent Short Show wrapped and edited. Next week will be an episode called the Short Sale, followed by a Support Group episode, a romantic homage to the short film She Comes in Colors, and a Live Season Finale.
The catch is that the Season doesn't officially begin until next season. You and other web visitors like yourself are privy to the inside scoop on the Beta Season of the Illustrated Sandwich Independent Short Show - brought to you with the help of SidFilmz. Go ahead and check out a few clips. The episode stars Brian LeBlanc, who you may remember from The Partisan. The end of the second clip, the third clip, and the final clip of Chick School are Sid's favorites, but who's to say clips four and five aren't bad either? Certainly not Dayvin Turchiano who plays one of the main supporting roles, alongside Austin VanCampen, Levi Anderson, and Joe Porto. There are also guest appearances from Ashland locals and business owners thrown in for kicks. That's part of the fun of these shows - the smattering of local all over it. The Independent Short Show isn't made for Hollywood, it's made for Ashland, and caters particularly well to it's crowd. But hey, maybe you'll like it no matter where you're watching it from. Click here to watch the Illustrated Sandwich Chick School Episode.
